Mark Acquires 1MM square foot of retail / warehouse space. The inception of Nineveh & Savaya Luxury brands takes flight.

Mark targets the real estate market in Metro Detroit & sets out to be one of the largest holders of retail, warehousing, & fulfullment center space.
